The authors analyze various studies to demonstrate that leaders who inspire, intellectually stimulate, and provide individualized consideration significantly boost innovation and productivity within their firms. The review concludes that transformational leadership is superior to transactional approaches in driving long-term organizational change and adaptability. Furthermore, it highlights the importance of visionary leadership in motivating employees to exceed standard performance expectations.
